Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Provide focused one-on-one attention to build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in a family's journey. Maintain active LPN or RN licensure while utilizing specialized training to address specific patient requirements. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with premium pay for weekend days and overnight hours.
