Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while delivering one-on-one attention that prioritizes their routines and environment. Offer specialized, purpose-driven support to help families thrive by keeping patients surrounded by loved ones. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekend days and overnights. New graduates receive hands-on training to develop clinical confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
