Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and their families, acting as a trusted partner in their care journey. Focus on one-on-one care to help families thrive by allowing children to remain surrounded by familiar routines and loved ones. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay including $3/hour for weekday overnights, $4/hour for weekend days, and $5/hour for weekend overnights. Current and active LPN or RN licensure is required, with pediatric experience preferred. Hands-on training is provided to develop clinical expertise and confidence.
