Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while focusing on medical needs and treatment as directed by physicians. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes, implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide direct, one-on-one medical care with a 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
