LPN / RN Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health care in patients' homes in Yuma, AZ. Roles are full-time or part-time with day, night, and weekend shifts. Duties include caring for infants, children, and adolescents per physician plans of care, ongoing patient assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, care coordination, and educating families to improve outcomes.
