Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with a 1:1 patient care ratio. Receive paid/unlimited exceptional SIM lab and live client training alongside ongoing clinical education.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
