Job Summary
Provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients in home settings. Administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition while building meaningful relationships with families. Work independently without hospital politics or patient ratios, partnering closely with care teams. Specialized training is provided for new grads and seasoned professionals. Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts are available with structured options.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
