Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Provide specialized, hands-on training to ensure full preparedness for patient-specific needs. Build meaningful relationships with families while avoiding hospital politics and patient ratios. Full-time, part-time, or PRN shift options available with immediate start within 24-48 hours of interview. Current and active LPN or RN license required; pediatric experience preferred. Competitive pay includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and annual stay bonus for full-time and part-time staff. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
