Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring donor and staff confidentiality. Provide donor education regarding general health and counsel on unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, and assess histories of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in employee training.
