LPN/RN Full Time Evenings

Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents' status while observing and reporting significant changes in behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director. Direct and supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants, closely mentoring Lead Resident Care Assistants in all job aspects. Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process and effectively balance service demands with supporting resident independence. Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, responding to emergencies and knowing when to call for backup. Full-time evening shift from 2p-10p with hourly pay ranging from $32 to $38.50.
