Job Summary
Full-Time LPNs & RNs needed for 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift in Aurora, OH. Responsibilities include delivering and overseeing resident care, administering medications and treatments, supervising the STNA team, communicating with physicians and families about resident status, monitoring conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring a safe and compliant care environment, and assisting with staff orientation and training. Requires active LPN or RN license, strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills, and at least 1 year of LTC/SNF/Rehab experience.
