Job Summary
Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Supervise and support STNA team members. Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes. Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs. Maintain accurate documentation and charting. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment. Assist with staff orientation and training.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license
- Minimum 1 year LTC, SNF, Rehab experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
