LPN/RN FT OVN

Provide quality nursing care and support for guests and residents at Hillcrest Millard, administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident conditions, communicate changes with the care team, and complete documentation accurately and timely. Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care while following infection control and safety standards. Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, and respect in a post-acute rehabilitation setting. Work full-time nights from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with an RN starting at $38.00+ per hour or LPN at $31.50+ per hour.
