Job Summary
LPN or RN needed for full-time night shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Provide nursing care, administer medications per orders/care plans, monitor residents, collaborate with Nurse Techs and team, document accurately, and communicate with residents, families, and care team. Requires active Nebraska RN or LPN license. Prior experience in skilled nursing/post-acute/long-term care/memory care/hospital settings preferred. Strong clinical judgment, compassionate patient-centered care, and effective teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
