Job Summary
As an RN or LPN on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift (Full-Time, every other weekend) at Friends Homes in Greensboro, NC, provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring resident health and reporting changes, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining MAR documentation, supervising CNAs, participating in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings, responding to emergencies, and following infection control protocols. The role requires an active NC RN or LPN license and CPR certification; shift differentials are available and pay ranges start around $27+/hr for LPNs and $32.50+/hr for RNs, with compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Preferred: Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
