Job Summary
The position requires an LPN or RN to provide professional nursing care by administering medications, preparing equipment, observing patient conditions, and acting as a liaison between patients and providers. Responsibilities include instructing patients and families, managing triage calls, obtaining work lists, and administering IV therapy. Candidates must have a nursing license, CPR certification, and complete ongoing health courses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of an Illinois State RN or LPN license
- CPR Certification
- Evidence of annual completion of health related courses and/or seminars with a certificate and/or CEU’s
