Job Summary

Facilitate projects to maximize patient experience, user workflow, and facility investments by observing clinical processes to identify system flaws. Design, coordinate, and deliver EHR orientation programs for newly credentialed physicians, APPs, and CRNAs, including one-on-one sessions to build custom order sets, SmartTexts, and macros. Monitor provider behavioral data and EHR efficiency metrics during the first 90 days to identify optimization opportunities, while delivering proactive coaching for staff showing high click-counts or documentation frustration. Plan, analyze, and build intuitive best practice workflows, smart-forms, and specialized order sets based on evidence-based guidelines; audit alert override data to tune or retire low-value notifications. Configure documentation pathways to automatically satisfy national quality frameworks including CMS MSSP, Rural Health Clinic guidelines, and MIPS. Lead advanced projects that maximize system adoption, ensuring every EHR modification results in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and improved patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
