Job Summary
LPN/RN needed for CHNS Training and Staffing Services. Provide nursing care in long-term care settings, evaluate residents’ physical, emotional, and educational needs, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, document care and assessments, monitor vital signs, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team, train and supervise staff, manage emergency situations, and ensure resident safety and dignity. Requires active Maryland LPN or RN license, CPR/AED/first aid certification, and familiarity with Point Click Care preferred. Must be able to lift and move residents and work variable shifts including overtime or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse License in good standing with the State of Maryland required
- CPR, AED and first aid certification required
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
