LPN / RN Casual AM - LTC

Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties and conducting initial data collection on all residents. Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by the RN. Maintain current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing and demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Clinical experience is preferred.
