Job Summary
Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties and conducting initial data collection on all residents. Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by the RN. Maintain current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing, with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Clinical experience is preferred. This role supports a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, offering a comforting and empowering culture for residents and team members across the upper Midwest.
