Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living under RN supervision, demonstrating competency in age-specific physical and psychosocial needs. Evaluate resident status through testing, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and ensure health, comfort, and safety. Document interactions, outcomes, and care plans while counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment strategies. Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to establish self-care programs and maintain working relationships with healthcare providers. Requires current LPN licensure, with long-term care experience preferred. Evening shift full-time role includes a $3.00 hourly premium and $12,000 bonus for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must be able to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team
- Must be available for evening shifts
- Must be able to work full time
