LPN/RN Assisted Living, Evening Shift | Full Time (Evenings)

Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living under RN supervision. Demonstrate competency in age and population-specific standards for physical and psychosocial needs, perform testing to evaluate resident status, and ensure health, comfort, and safety. Administer medications or treatments as ordered, document interactions and care outcomes, and counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans. Work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team to develop self-care programs. Requires current LPN licensure and experience in long-term or sub-acute care. Full-time evening shift with premium pay and bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Desired Qualifications
- Long term care, sub-acute care, medical/surgical experience preferred
