Job Summary
Administer medications via Med Pass, perform wound care assessments and dressing changes, and implement behavioral interventions to support patient management. Monitor and document patient progress, collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams, and provide patient education regarding treatment needs. Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while maintaining accurate safety protocol adherence and clear communication. This 141-bed community in Tucson offers 8-hour shifts across day, evening, night, and Baylor rotations for new graduates or those with behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in [AZ]
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to handle challenging situations in a calm, professional manner
