Job Summary
As a Dosing Nurse at Crossroads Treatment Centers, you will be responsible for administering medication according to medical providers' orders, coordinating care with clinical and medical staff, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and participating in nursing team meetings. The role requires a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, ideally with at least 3 years of experience, phlebotomy skills, and an active CPR or BLS certification. The position offers consistent daytime hours, an opportunity for a small nursing team, and a chance to make a significant impact on patients' recovery from opioid use disorder.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state of practice or a multi-state compact status license
- License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred
- Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
- Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
