Job Summary
LPN/RN needed in Louisville, KY for outpatient MAT clinic. Responsibilities include administering medications per medical orders, dispensing daily and take-home medications, coordinating care with clinical staff, maintaining accurate patient documentation, ensuring medication counts, following compliance policies, participating in nursing and cross-treatment meetings, and providing empathetic patient care. Requires an active LPN or RN license in good standing (state or multi-state), with CPR/BLS certification preferred; 3+ years nursing experience preferred.
