Job Summary
Administer medication per medical orders and dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window while correctly identifying patients. Coordinate care with clinical staff for continuity, maintain accurate patient documentation including impairment assessments, and ensure daily medication counts are verified. Participate in nursing and cross treatment meetings, connecting with patients through empathy and active listening. Monday-Friday shifts run 4:45am-1:00pm with rotating Saturdays from 5:30am-8:30am; no on-call rotation or 12-hour shifts. Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered state license is required, with 3+ years of experience preferred. This role supports Crossroads Treatment Centers' mission to provide evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder across outpatient clinics in multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license
- License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active
- Active and current CPR or BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- Strong phlebotomy skills
