LPN/RN - Addiction Medicine - Greenville, SC

Administer medication per medical orders and dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window. Coordinate care with clinical staff, maintain accurate patient documentation including impairment assessments, and ensure daily medication counts are correct. Participate in nursing and cross treatment meetings while connecting with patients through empathy and active listening. Work Monday-Friday from 4:40am-12:30pm on a consistent schedule with no call, 12-hour shifts, or second/third shifts. Join a small team of 2-12 nurses providing evidence-based medication assisted treatment to combat the opioid epidemic.
