As an RN/LPN, provide total care for residents in a rehabilitation setting: monitor condition and needs, administer medications per physician orders (including narcotics policies), oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, and handle admit/discharge processes. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, build rapport with residents and families, and contribute to a caring clinical team dedicated to quality resident care.
