Job Summary
Monitor resident health, nutrition, and safety while supervising medication administration and activities of daily living. Coordinate with physicians, support services, and families to ensure overall well-being and maintain regulatory compliance. Administer non-injectable medications and document care plans as specified. Requires Massachusetts RN or LPN license with geriatric/dementia experience and CNA supervision skills. 3rd shift (11 AM–7 PM) every other weekend with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- advanced degree in health services
- 1-2 years of experience with the geriatric/dementia population
- At least 2 years of experience supervising CNAs or home health aides
- Excellent organizational skills
- demonstration of strong clinical and documentation assessment skills
- Knowledge of community support services
- 3rd shift
- 40 hours
- 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- every other weekend
- alternating holidays
- on-call rotation as needed
