Job Summary
Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) needed for PM shift (3pm-10pm) at Assisted Living Bay Vista Commons in Bremerton, WA. Provide hands-on resident care, participate in assessments and care plan adjustments, collaborate with physicians/social workers, support staff with training and QA activities, and handle administrative duties (admissions/transfers/discharges, incident reporting, documentation). Requires LPN or RN licensure with unencumbered Washington state license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; dementia care and geriatric experience preferred. Schedule includes weekends with a focus on infection control and compliance with policies; strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- LPN or RN licensure
- Unencumbered Washington State Nursing License (LPN or RN)
- Experience: at least 1 year in nursing in any clinical setting
- Experience in Assisted Living and geriatric population preferred
- Competent clinical skills (vital signs, dressings, lab reviews)
- HIPAA familiarity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to cover additional hours including weekends/holidays
