Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing for a single patient on a 12-hour PDN shift (LPN or RN) focusing on personalized, one-on-one care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient condition, respond to changes, assist with activities of daily living per the care plan, and build trusting relationships with patients and families in a home setting. Requires the ability to work independently, strong communication and observational skills, and compassionate, dependable demeanor. Roles available as full-time, part-time, or PRN at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice; Lamar, MO location.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state required)
