Job Summary
Record a patient’s medical history accurately; take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate); observe patients under treatment for progress and medication effects; monitor fluid intake/output and maintain patient charts; assist with activities of daily living; administer injections and prescribed medications, dress wounds, collect lab samples; provide emotional support and communicate with patients’ families for guidance and discharge instructions; requires LPN license and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; part-time, 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm), every other Saturday and Sunday, Colfax, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as LPN or similar role
- Successful completion of LPN license program is a must
