Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will perform nursing tasks under RN oversight, providing both primary medical and psychiatry services at Schenectady ARC’s onsite clinic, Ridge Health Services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, managing prescription call lines, scheduling appointments/testing, and instructing patients on testing procedures. Additional duties involve documenting vaccines, obtaining blood specimens, and stocking patient rooms. Candidates must possess a valid NYS LPN license and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS LPN licensure
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Clinic/Physician’s office experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience with electronic medical records system (Cure MD a plus)
