LPN - Resident Care Supervisor

Supervise and administer medications to assigned residents, including monitoring those in self-medication programs. Monitor personal care provided by Resident Assistants and assist with direct care as necessary. Report changes in resident condition, daily needs, and progress to the Director of Nursing while maintaining accurate documentation in Case Notes and Medication Administration Records. Manage controlled substances by receiving, storing, and distributing them according to facility protocols. Ensure resident care standards are met, respect resident rights and preferences, and assist in problem-solving regarding staffing and supplies. Maintain lost and found items and notify the Director of Nursing or Case Manager.
