LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include providing nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or physician, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient care using Epic EMR, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care, assisting with patient assessments and care planning, communicating with providers professionally, obtaining lab results in EMR and documenting clinical data, reviewing lab results and communicating significant findings to providers, responding to crisis situations calmly, and assisting with other clinic tasks. Must be able to work in all locations as needed (Gonzales, Walker, Zachary). Schedule is 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.
