LPN Rehab PRN Nights

Monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and respond to patient needs under RN supervision. Conduct focused assessments, administer medications and treatments, and implement care plans while ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients on health maintenance, and perform wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection. Respond to medical emergencies and support code team interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and assist in training new staff. Requires 0-1 years of LPN experience, BCLS certification, and Mississippi-specific ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Regular attendance and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.
