Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. Float between designated hospitals including Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast, and Stoddard, serving diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Emergency Department. Maintain a current LPN license, hold required certifications like BLS, ACLS, and PALS depending on specialty, and possess one to two years of recent bed-side LPN experience. Work nights in a part-time role with shift differentials, standing or walking most of the time while lifting and turning patients.
