Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. Float between designated Community Mercy Hospital locations including Mercy Washington, Mercy St. Louis, and Mercy Jefferson while rotating through diverse units such as ICU, Med/Surg, and Cardiac Telemetry. Maintain a current LPN license and hold required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and IV certification. Work nights in a full-time role with shift differentials, reporting to regional leadership for clinical assessment and communication within diverse patient populations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg
- Two years of recent bed-side LPN experience for all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
- BLS certification for Med Surg
- BLS and ACLS certifications for Critical Care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications for Emergency Department
- IV certification
