Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Conduct routine audits of patient records and care plans to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement quality initiatives, track metrics, and report performance indicators. Assist in developing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols while participating in staff education on QA standards. Identify and report compliance issues, safety concerns, and risk management matters. Requires an active Arizona LPN license with EHR proficiency. Located in Glendale, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and staff collaboration
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related healthcare role preferred
