Job Summary
LPN PT Night shift: Assess resident health, administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per protocol; monitor and record vital signs and medical information; maintain up-to-date EMR and ensure compliance with nursing standards. Requires current LPN license (state nursing board) and CPR certification; prior LPN experience in various clinical settings; strong communication and multitasking abilities; opportunity for growth with benefits including health and life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
