Job Summary
Part-time LPN for Dunwoody Village (CCRC) on 7am-3:30pm shift. Provide professional supportive care across Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab units. Responsibilities include evaluation and assessment of residents’ physical, mental, and psycho-social needs to determine if further professional intervention is needed. Must be a PA-licensed LPN with CPR certification, with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and Point Click Care experience.
