LPN (PT) 11pm-7:30am

Part-Time LPN (11pm-7:30am) at Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA. Provide professional supportive care to residents across Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, and Rehab units. Responsibilities include evaluation and assessment of residents' physical, mental, and psycho-social needs to determine if further professional intervention is required. Must hold PA LPN license with current CPR certification, have a minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience with strong assessment skills, and be proficient with Point Click Care.
