Job Summary
LPN- Psychiatry role in the Northwestern Medicine system involving patient assessment, pre-attending care, contributing to nursing care plans, administering vaccines and medications as delegated, monitoring IV infusions, documenting in the medical record, advocating for patients, participating in safety policies, and supporting urgent/emergent care. Requires LPN licensure in Illinois and CPR certification; preferred 1–2 years of ambulatory care experience. Full-time days with benefits. AA/EOE.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure by the State of Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (healthcare provider level) – American Heart Association Accredited
