Job Summary
Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; observe and report patient conditions and changes; assist with care planning and resident assessments; supervise unlicensed staff during assigned shifts. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or pending)
