Job Summary
Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; observe and report patient conditions and changes; assist with care planning and resident assessments; supervise unlicensed staff during assigned shifts. Requires active PA LPN license (or pending), graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, and CPR/BLS certification. Per diem / casual shift availability with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shifts at a Transitional Care facility near Gettysburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or pending)
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or transitional care preferred
