Job Summary
LPN (PRN) position at Senior Lifestyle coordinating medication administration and resident health within a Senior Living community. Responsibilities include admissions assessments and documentation, developing acute and long-term care plans, clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds, infection control) under direction, providing health-related consultations, notifying physicians or families of health changes, responding to emergencies, maintaining communication with departments, conducting educational meetings, enforcing Safety & Disaster Plan, maintaining confidentiality, attending required training, and supporting safe working practices. Weekend shifts required (one weekend per month) plus one weekday per month; starting pay $36/hour; DailyPay available; in-person role based in Northbrook, IL with CPR and active LPN license required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current in the state of practice
- CPR Certification
- 1 year of experience in senior care or related field
- Training from an accredited licensed practical nurse program
- Area of Study: General nursing
- Must have current LPN license in the state practicing
- COVID-19 vaccination proof (with exemptions)
