Job Summary
LPN - PRN Travel Pool role providing direct geriatric patient care and supervising non-professional nursing staff. Administers, stocks, and disposes of medications per facility policy; ensures CNAs have adequate coverage on each shift. Travel with reimbursement for expenses beyond mileage limits. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an active Virginia LPN license; long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication, nursing knowledge, adherence to regulations, and independent decision-making required.
