Job Summary
PRN LPN – Overnight shifts in a long-term care setting. Provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administers medications and treatments, documents care outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, comfort, and safety. Demonstrates nursing competencies aligned with care plans, supports resident education, and maintains confidentiality. Requires an active LPN license in Minnesota, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (associates degree preferred), and ability to work night shifts (10:30pm–6:30am). PRN scheduling with flexible pick-up shifts in a not-for-profit, Christian-affiliated long-term care facility in Battle Lake, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota LPN license
- Graduate from accredited practical nursing program
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Experience with IV therapy/management in ND (if applicable) or IV course approved by ND Board of Nursing
- CPR/Basic Life Support certification as required by facility
- Ability to perform nursing duties in high-stakes environment (long-term care)
- Ability to work overnight shift (10:30pm–6:30am) and PRN scheduling
