Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, performing assessments, and contributing to care plans. Documents resident interactions and outcomes, communicates with interdisciplinary team, and supports residents and families in prevention and treatment planning. Overnight PRN shifts (10:30pm–6:30am) with flexible shift pickups; requires LPN license and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; benefits available for qualifying staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse license with state nursing board
- Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or minimum of 400 hours as LPN
- Possesses or will obtain required department competencies and certifications
- Complies with annual CEU and competency training requirements
