Job Summary
PRN LPN – Overnight shifts at a nonprofit long-term care facility in Battle Lake, MN. Provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications, assists with care plans, documents resident interactions, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being. Shift is 10:30pm–6:30am; pick up shifts that fit; compensation ranges from $27 to $36 per hour depending on experience; benefits package available for qualifying staff; requires an LPN license and accredited practical nursing education. The role emphasizes quality care in a Christian environment with focus on resident education, confidentiality, and adherence to care plans and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Association degree in practical nursing preferred (AS/AA)
- Possesses required CEU and competency training requirements
